Training Complex multistage recruitment is performed according to the following scheme:
• detailed development of a customer’s application;
• analysis and selection of resumes from the own developed database covering all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the CIS and foreign countries (Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan and UAE);
• professional and psychological testing;
• a talk with every applicant;
• obtaining information from the previous place of work (recommendations);

• control over the applicant’s compliance with a new position during the probation period.
